This little guy reminded me so much of our little boy. Except he was speaking really clearly ;) He was just so shy and really attached to his mommy and daddy. I got a taste of what it is to be the one he is afraid of instead of being on the receiving end of all that cuddliness. But his older sister was ready and waiting for her picture to be taken! Such a beautiful family.










This one is my favorite and happened by accident. I didn't even know she was going to throw leaves and somehow we got it!

If you ever need a good babysitter....

...don't call her. She's ours. She also happens to be gorgeous and to not have any acne. A photographer's dream.

Ohmygoodness!

This little girl is supposedly two. I say supposedly because two is supposed to be terrible, and believe me it really is sometimes. But she must've missed the memo, because she was so good for me! I felt like this may have been my easiest session ever, second only to the six month olds that just sit there and smile. And WHAT A CUTIE! This was our second meeting, and I think she might even know my name now ;) I love toddler talk.

In this last one, I think she's saying, "see my parents back there in the background? Yeah, well...it's really all about ME!" :)

My favorite baby age

I love photographing newborns probably more than any other age...but when it comes to living with and raising a baby, 6 months is my favorite baby stage. I love it when they are still chubby, can sit up and not get away, and smile just because. This little cutie is no exception and I just love her to pieces!







I have so many pictures of her grabbing her daddy's face. I love this. As she gets bigger, they will continue to be entertained by her more and more, and the future holds lots more laughs. :)

Ooops...

boys will be boys

I don't think this little guy minded at all when we all got in the creek. I think he and I got the wettest, and it almost went bad. He lost his balance once and about made my heart jump out of my chest, but luckily he recovered without falling all the way in! That would've been the end of our session for sure. Luckily we got plenty of time though.
